You also have the right to withdraw your electronic authorization without a fee, by logging in to your account at www.freedommortgage.com and access "Manage Recurring Payments". Additionally, you may write to FREEDOM MORTGAGE SERVICING Customer Care at P.O. Box 50428 Indianapolis IN 46250-0401 to request a paper copy of this authorization record or to withdraw your electronic authorization. There is no fee for this service. When you provide your consent on the following screen, you consent to a recurring ACH transaction that will occur at the intervals in which you determine (monthly, semi-monthly or bi-weekly) and your consent will apply until such time you withdraw your consent. Should you need to update any of your electronic contact information such as your email address, please log in to your account at www.freedommortage.com and select "Profile." You may cancel this payment authorization or make certain changes by giving us proper notice at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled transfer date. Your notice of cancellation may be in writing or given orally if we are able to verify your identity. For some changes, we may require that you provide us with instructions in a form that we require. We reserve the right to limit the number, frequency and nature of changes that you make to the automatic draft you selected. Cancellation of the automatic draft does not terminate the obligation to make mortgage payments or relieve you of any obligation to pay all amounts due to us by a method of payment that is acceptable to us. We may cancel, change or suspend this authorization at any time by providing you with notice and we may cancel or suspend this Agreement without notice if one or more payments fail for any reason. This authorization will automatically terminate upon payment in full of the mortgage loan noted above. In the event ACH debit transfer cannot be accomplished due to: (1) insufficient funds, (2) closing of an account registered for debits, or (3) any other reason within your control which impairs or prevents the ACH of funds as set forth herein, Freedom Mortgage may terminate this authorization immediately, without refund of any fees paid. If Freedom Mortgage has terminated this authorization for said reason(s), you must submit a new authorization form to Freedom Mortgage. NOTICES: Requests for changes to your debit schedule must be made a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the next scheduled debit date. You must notify Freedom Mortgage of any changes to your payment account at P.O. Box 50428 Indianapolis IN 46250-0401 or to such other address as Freedom Mortgage may designate. Freedom Mortgage will waive any late charge that is incurred due to the fault or error of Freedom Mortgage. Freedom Mortgage is not liable for errors in the information provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your designated bank account(s) for all payments. Although we may credit your mortgage account for an automatic draft payment, the payment remains subject to clearing through your bank. Freedom Mortgage may consider your mortgage account to be in default under the terms of the mortgage documents if the appropriate funds are not available for payment. IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to contact Freedom Mortgage immediately if your bank account information changes. Customer Care representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 10:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time, with the exception of federal holidays.
